Pivot Property Solutions was created around a simple question:

The traditional real estate model has served homeowners for generations. But the industry has changed dramatically.

After years of working with property owners and managing real estate operations, Gene saw firsthand how much complexity — and cost — can find its way into the traditional real estate model.
